The most efficent and practical art form for the Paiutes was their basket making.
As i was researching online about these baskets i realized that they were way
more than just baskets to hold things in. The women that would make these
baskets would spen hours and days on them. Basket weaving took from them
a lot of desire, time and dedication. these baskets are made out of various
supplies such as willow, twigs and various roots. I can only imagine the time
and dedication that it would take to make one of those. There are so many
different beautiful colors and patterns used. I have realized that
basketweaving is not just a chore for the average Paiute, but an art.
