Ok well all I can say is this man is pain in the butt. Ho chi Minh causes a huge uprising with vietnamese all for the chance of making their country communists. I guess though we can't give him all the credit. He did try to travel to Europe where he lived in London and then Paris. He presented a petition for Vietnamese independce at the versailles Peace Conference, but the peace treaty ignored the issue. Man was that a mistake. He ended up going to south east Asia, help found the Inochinese Communists Party, and worked to overthrow French rule. He was a wanted man. Japan the later seized control of the country. Ho Chi Minh then put together Vietminh. Man people communists and on gathered together to expel the Japanese force. We of course helped the French sticky spot though but no choice that darn communist rebellion. Ho Chi Minh wouldn't go down with a fight and a dirty one according to the French. They used guerilla tactics so you never knew who you were fighting they hid in the woods. They just blended into the civilan population which made it difficult for armies to fight back. Which in end causes alot of problems later that why Vietnam was so bloody. We killed man civilians their were other problem like having to take out Ngo Dinh Diem national leader of South Vietnamese. He ended up getting dirty we didn't take him out persay but you can assume what happened. Then to help us out Hulf of Tonkin Resolution gave the president the ability to take any necessary actions. Smart who nows but in the end it all comes down to we pulled out.
Poor men
They didn't even get the respect they deserved we didn't even honor them. Yeah alot of terrible things happened but overall they were serving their country. They had to pay mentally and physical the price of those request our people made.
